Researchers have discovered a security flaw that in how Samsung phones use the Swiftkey keyboard. This flaw allows someone to have access to the various sensors included in the phone such as the GPS, camera, microphone, install applications or even listen to phone conversations or view pictures.

Over 600 million phones are at risk. Here's the list of phones affected by this problem:

  • Galaxy S6;
  • Galaxy S5;
  • Galaxy S4;
  • Galaxy S4 Mini from Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile;

Basically, there's nothing you can do. Samsung will be pushing a security update automatically in the next couple of days to address the flaw.
