- Customer support;
- Different online tasks: fix equipment, updates, plug new equipment, backups;
- Management: Active Directory, server and operating systems maintenance;
- Follow DNS renewals;
- Control security procedures (access, passwords, routers, firewall);
- Phone system management (VOIP, CISCO).
- College or professional studies or equipvalent experiences;
- Microsoft and Linux;
- Good knowledge of mail servers, DNS, web consoles and e-mail management;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments, MS Office, Adobe, IP communications and remote support;
- Good knowledge of different computer hardware components;
- Good knowledge of backup softwares;
- Knowledge of mobile phones: iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.
- Ease to communicate verbally and in writting in french, and having a functional english.
- Makes sure to offer an excellent customer service;
- Being able to communicate efficiently;
- Autonomous, pro-active and resourceful;
- Being able to take the initiative.
