Network Administrator

  • Customer support;
  • Different online tasks: fix equipment, updates, plug new equipment, backups;
  • Management: Active Directory, server and operating systems maintenance;
  • Follow DNS renewals;
  • Control security procedures (access, passwords, routers, firewall);
  • Phone system management (VOIP, CISCO).


  • College or professional studies or equipvalent experiences;
  • Microsoft and Linux;
  • Good knowledge of mail servers, DNS, web consoles and e-mail management;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft environments, MS Office, Adobe, IP communications and remote support;
  • Good knowledge of different computer hardware components;
  • Good knowledge of backup softwares;
  • Knowledge of mobile phones: iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.
  • Ease to communicate verbally and in writting in french, and having a functional english.
